Senior Audio Algorithm Developer
1. Optimizing, refactoring and maintaining speech recognition and signal processing algorithm;
2. Embedded software development, including implementation of fixed point of speech and audio algorithm, and migrating on Linux, DSP;
3. Developing audio/sound effects processing algorithm.
1. Master or above degree in signal processing or relevant, familiar with CC development, understand cross-platform compiling and debugging, relevant experience processing voice or audio signal, such as echo cancellation, noise suppression, beamforming, etc.;
2. Experience programming and optimizing is preferred, experience developing in Linux platform is preferred;
3. Good at communication and cooperation;
4. Rigorous working attitude and quality control awareness.

Audio Algorithm Developer
1. Validating, migrating and optimizing present audio algorithm;
2. Developing new audio algorithm;
3. Researching new technologies.
1. Bachelor or above degree in communication, electronic or relevant, more than 3-5 years’ working experience;
2. Basic knowledge of acoustics;
3. Excellent knowledge of digital signal processing, familiar with validating fast algorithm modeling simulation in Matlab or python;
4. Understand the audio recording pre-processing (VAD, AGC, AES, ANC) and audio post-processing (EQ, DRC, Reverb, Up-mixer/Down-mixer), etc.;
5. Relevant experience developing audio-related products;
6. Capable for independent thinking on technical issues, meanwhile excellent on team work. Also good at self-motivation and communication.

Wake-Word Detection Engineer
We are seeking for an experienced Speech Engineer that can develop always-on, always-listening software to detect multiple voice commands with minimum CPU/memory footprint.
Develop software to organize our training corpora;
Build and automate wake-word detection training workflows, enabling faster model experimentation;
Write cross-platform, production-ready code to detect wake up word with highest accuracy;
Work together with Project/Product team members to analyze problems and solve technical difficulties.
Workplace: Shanghai, Suzhou
Master or above degree in Computer Sciences, or relate field;
1+ year(s) of hands-on experience with wake-word detection;
2+ years of working knowledge of C/C++;
Capable to write high-quality code which is robust and easy to maintain;

Acoustic Machine Learning Scientist
One main goal of the Data Science (DS) team at AidVoice Lab is to develop AI products using Machine Learning (ML) techniques to industrial acoustic data, to address defective product detection and other analytics problems. We are looking for a Machine Learning scientist with a firm knowledge of signal processing to do cutting-edge work in this field.
- Apply signal processing to acoustic data, do feature extraction and identification over large data sets;
- Apply knowledge in machine learning to develop solutions;
- Survey current academic and industry research for state-of-the-art capabilities in this area and generate innovative ideas;
- Analyze algorithmic computational complexity and memory requirement;
-Lead the Project/Product team to analyze problems and solve technical difficulties.

-PhD or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, statistics, data science or relate field;
-1+ year(s) of industry experience in ML modelling or deep learning;
